Dear Mr Minister,
I have also been a victim of the nonsense that takes place at the family court and it is very bothersome.

1. I have also had problems collecting my receipt the same day as other customers and being told that I cannot get my balance, so for men like me that work very hard and do not remember our payment balance is very hard. It is very unfair.
2. we are not clear on our balances. Are we being overcharged. is there some kind of corruption happening at the family court? Because this is the only possible answer.
3. Multiple times I have visited the institution to pay and file responses and some of the workers, I think are sniffing crack, but they must be getting it from their supervisors. The cashier spoke to me in such a nasty manner and let’s not talk about the slim supervisor at the back that never gets up to the customer when she is eating. She never knows what to do and talks in a very nasty way. Is this the treatment we are to receive. how can they call themselves a family institution?
4. they never have any change and requests that we just pay or leave the extra. How can this be right? Where does the extra money go? seems like stealing to me
5. we cannot get them by phone and they do not call or reach out to us when we have court dates, does the magistrate know this? because we men are being targeted, because missing enough court dates can get you locked up. What is really going on? this is not right.
Mr.Minister we are thankful for the few workers that go above and beyond and help us to get information but we are begging for your help here. This is injustice of the system on poor people.
