Residents are currently unable to make or receive calls on landline telephones.
The phones have been down since early this morning.
Additionally, mobile phones on the APUA iNet network are also down.
The Prime Minister recently said APUA was ready to buy out Digicel and Flow.
Digicel has sent the following messages to its customers: Dear Valued Customer, you may be experiencing issues calling landline numbers. This is due to technical issues on another network. Our Technical team is assisting to resolve.
