Prime Minister Gaston Browne enthusiastically supports the Barbuda Ocean Club Project, a transformative initiative poised to elevate the sister isle’s status in the competitive tourism market.
Spanning 900 acres of Palmetto and Coco Points on Barbuda, the project features an impressive 18-hole Tom Fazio Golf Course, already partially completed.
Owned and operated by the Discovery Land Company (PLH Barbuda Limited), Browne commended the remarkable resilience displayed by the nation, which, despite Hurricane Irma’s devastation in 2017, is now emerging as a premier luxury destination in the Caribbean.
During a recent tour, the Prime Minister expressed confidence in the project’s success, emphasizing its potential to bring substantial economic benefits to Antigua and Barbuda.
With the PLH Coco Point Development nearing completion and a promising announcement of another luxury resort on the horizon, Browne envisions a prosperous future for Barbuda’s residents and a thriving tourism sector.
