Nick Cannon is set to become a father once again after Alyssa Scott revealed on Thursday that he is the father of her future child.

The 42-year-old Wild ‘N Out host confirmed he was the father when he appeared in a gorgeous nude maternity photoshoot with Alyssa, 29, who stood above him in a bath tub.

The announcement arrives 10 months after the tragic death of the pair’s first son Zen, who died in December 2021 at less than six months old from an aggressive form of brain cancer.

In the stunning photos, Alyssa was seen standing nude with her growing baby bump prominently displayed in profile, while she wore her hair up with nothing else on but earrings and a bracelet.

She appeared to be stepping over Nick, who leaned against the edge of the bathtub and placed one hand over her stomach, while another rested delicately on her outer thigh.

The actor and rapper, who also appeared to be nude, showed off his abundant tattoos while gazing affectionately up into Alyssa’s eyes.

In another sweet image — this time in black-and-white — Nick leaned forward to kiss Alyssa’s tummy.

She showed off a winning smile while looking down at him and covering her breasts with her hands, while her hair was now tied up in a towel.

A final photo featured a painting that was nearly identical to the first photo and placed on a marble table next to the tub while it was still filled with bubbles, though it wasn’t clear if it was painted from the photo, or if it served as the inspiration for the picture.

Alyssa previously announced her pregnancy by showing off her growing baby bump in a blue dress as she cradled her daughter Zeela, five, in a snap captioned: ‘With you by my side…;

At the time, it wasn’t known if Nick was the father of her new baby. He welcomed his third child with Brittany Bell — and 10th child overall — in September.

This came just nine days after the birth of his ninth child, daughter Onyx Ice with model LaNisha Cole.

He is also expecting his 11th child with Abby De La Rosa, with whom he already shares twins Zion and Zillion, 15 months.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Cannon for comment.

Alyssa initially sparked rumors she was pregnant again in May when she showed off a small bump while paying tribute to her mother, daughter and grandmother.

She wrote: ‘Happy Mother’s Day. Today I’m grateful I was able to pick up the phone and hear my mom and grandmothers voice on the other line.

‘I’m grateful for my daughter who is holding my hand through this holiday. I mean it when I say my heart is with every woman and every mother today. Love. ‘

It was not clear whether the post was a throwback image, although she sported brunette locks in the snap, and was blonde throughout her pregnancy with Zen.

She later turned off comments on her post.

The post comes less than a year after Nick and Alyssa’s beloved son Zen died from a brain tumor in December 2021.

Zen had previously suffered from hydrocephalus, in which fluid builds up in the cavities of the brain and increases the size of the ventricles, putting pressure on the brain.

He was diagnosed with a malignant tumor in his head, so he was rushed in for surgery. Zen made it out of surgery but his health began to deteriorate around Thanksgiving, and ultimately he passed away on December 5.

‘I pray and ask others to please project all criticism and cynicism towards ME and not the loving and precious Mothers of my children,’ he said.

Nick pleaded with online commentators to refrain from ‘shaming or ridiculing’ Lanisha, whom he called ‘peaceful and non-confrontational.’

After the dashing funnyman’s 10th child was born, an Us Weekly source dished: ‘Mariah doesn’t keep up with Nick’s babies and baby mamas. There’s too many to keep up with! She’s happy for him and wishes him the best.’

On the Lip Service podcast shared in June, Nick was asked about speculation he had ‘three children on the way.’

He jokingly said in response:  ‘Whey you say “on the way…” What count are you at? Let’s just put it this way… the stork is on the way.’

Adding: ‘I don’t know, it could be…’

Nick, who welcomed three children in 2021 (Zion, Zillion and Zen), suggested he planned on breaking his record: ‘If you thought it was a lot of kids last year…’

During the podcast, Nick also spoke out about what his therapist told him about being celibate.

He said that his therapist told him he ‘needed to chill out’ and that he said he would try to be celibate.

‘So I was like, “Yo, let’s try celibacy.” And that was like October… I didn’t even make it to [January]. I was supposed to make it to the top of the year. Then obviously I started going through some stuff… I got depressed with the loss of my son. So in December… the thing is everybody saw I was so down. So everybody was like, “Let’s just give him a little vagina, and that’s gonna cure it all.”‘

He continued: ‘I fell victim to it ’cause I was in a weak state. So December, especially right before Christmas, I started f*****g like crazy. So I broke the celibacy. But I was probably celibate for a month and a half strong… I was trying to do it. I had a new show, new energy, I was dealing with a lot.’

Nick said on the Drink Champs podcast in October: ‘I’m trying to chill out though. I’m chilling out. I’m kinda stepping away, getting focused, going within, getting my celibacy on.’

He said: ‘I have enough children, enough frolicking. I’m good right now…I’m trying. I didn’t say I’m perfect. I love all my kids. I’m celibate right now. I’m trying to go – I’m gonna see if I can make it to 2022. I’m trying to be the best father I can be, the best businessman I can be.’

In August 2021, Nick said he doesn’t ‘subscribe to monogamy’ during his appearance on The Breakfast Club radio show.
