(REAL News) — An elderly woman reportedly was robbed by armed and masked men in two separate incidents that occurred within hours of each other.
Reports say the 74-year-old resident of Kentish Road was robbed of an undisclosed sum on Monday, November 20, at about 11:20 p.m.
The men allegedly had used force to damage the front-door lock before they kicked in the door to her home.
One reportedly struck her on the left arm with his gun, pointed it at her, and demanded money. She reports that she was then taken to her bedroom, which they ransacked, and the intruders stole the cash she had on her bed.
The matter was reported to the Grays Farm Police Station, and the Police are now in search of the two alleged perpetrators. One is said to be tall, slim, and brown in complexion, while the other robber is described as short and dark.

Both were said to be wearing dark-coloured clothing with black ski- masks over their faces.
After the incident, the victim was issued a police medical form to seek treatment.
As if that incident had not been traumatic enough, on Tuesday, November 21, the woman was attacked a second time by a masked man, forcing her to make another report to the Grays Farm Police
Station.
That offence reportedly occurred at about 9:10 a.m. while the woman was in her bedroom counting money. She claims that the man forced himself into her house, demanding money.
He then began to beat her about the body with his hand, having stuffed her clothing into her mouth to prevent her from Calling for help.

He allegedly lifted $9,000 from this escapade, and then made off through an unsecured eastern door where he had made his entry into the house.
Again, the woman had to seek medical attention.
The victim’s profession – and possible source of funds – was not disclosed.
