Jamie Foxx is being sued by a Jane Doe who claims the “Blame It” singer sexually assaulted her at a New York City restaurant in 2015.
In court documents obtained by The Post, a Jane Doe claims she noticed Foxx, 55, sitting at a nearby table at Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015.
Around 1 a.m., her friend allegedly asked the “Django Unchained” star for a photo, to which he allegedly replied, “Sure, baby anything for you.”
The trio took several photos and Foxx, who appeared intoxicated, allegedly continued, “Wow, you have that supermodel body,” “You smell so good” and told the woman she resembled Gabrielle Union.

The woman alleges that Foxx proceeded to take her by the arm to the back area of the rooftop where he put his hands under her shirt and touched her breasts.
Then, she claims, Foxx slid his hand into her pants and put his fingers on and in her vagina and anus. The woman claims her friend came over and saw this taking place, so Foxx stopped.
The plaintiff adds that one of Foxx’s security guards, and several other people, saw what was happening but walked away although it was clear she was in distress.
The woman claims there were several people — including some security guards — that witnessed the alleged assault, but they simply walked away despite seeing her try to get away from the “Ray” star.
She is seeking a trial by jury and compensatory and punitive damages.

The plaintiff is suing Foxx and the restaurant for compensatory and punitive damages, claiming she had to “undergo medical treatment and advice, was unable to pursue her usual and regular activities” and will “permanently be affected by the injuries and emotional distress she incurred as a result of the sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery.”
The Post has contacted reps for Foxx for comment.
Foxx is rumored to be dating Alyce Huckstepp, although he has yet to publicly confirm the romance, the pair were spotted kissing in public while on a shopping outing in Los Angeles in September.
In his 2021 memoir, “Act Like You Got Some Sense,” the Oscar winner wrote that he never considered himself “the marrying type.”
“Because I’ve had two children without being married to their mothers, the subject of marriage has hovered over my head in one way or another for years,” he writes in his book, out today. “Everyone’s been asking me about getting married—my daughter’s mothers, people in my family, strangers on the street, even Oprah (we’ll get to her).”

He added, “I’ve just never been convinced that marriage was a good idea for me. I’ve had friends that have great marriages, others not so much. And it never seemed like marriage was necessary to raise my children in a safe and loving atmosphere.”
