Miss Antigua and Barbuda Ashley Boodhoo is preparing to leave for her first international pageant. Boodhoo, who will represent Antigua and Barbuda in the Miss Intercontinental Pageant slated for January 26 in Manila, Philippines, paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Gaston Browne on Friday. IRD implements $1,500 tax on entertainment
